How it works
For brands
Every member is both a referrer and a receiver.
Referring brand
When you refer a candidate
- 1You referA rep enters the candidate's name, mobile, and email and tells them ORBIT will be in touch. That's all that leaves your CRM.
- 5You're paidWhen the initial franchise fee is collected, ORBIT invoices the signing brand and pays your company its share.
- Reps say one approved sentenceYour team never pitches another brand, never quotes a fee, and is never paid individually on another brand's close. The candidate consents directly with ORBIT.
Receiving brand
When you receive a candidate
- 3ORBIT introducesORBIT matches the candidate to the member brand that fits their sub-niche and state, names the brand to the candidate, and makes the introduction.
- 4They signThe member brand runs its own sales process. The candidate is protected to you for 12 months from introduction.
- State gate before every introductionORBIT never introduces a candidate into a state where the receiving brand isn't registered. New York, Washington, and California leads are held until ORBIT is registered there.
- Your data stays yoursMembers never see each other's pricing, pipeline, or closing rates. Candidate records are kept only as long as the fee window requires, then deleted.
