Quick answers

Common questions

Who owns the candidate?
The candidate decides who they talk to. A candidate you refer stays protected to your company for 12 months from introduction, so if they sign with a member brand in that window, the referral fee is yours.
When are referral fees paid?
Only if the candidate signs a franchise agreement with a member brand. When the initial franchise fee is collected, ORBIT invoices the signing brand and pays your company its share. Payouts are released once the clawback window closes.
What happens if the candidate doesn't sign?
No fee is owed. A referral fee is earned only when a candidate signs a franchise agreement.
Why only one brand per sub-niche?
So members never compete for the same candidate. Each candidate is routed to the one member brand that fits their sub-niche, state, and budget.
How do candidate privacy and consent work?
Your rep shares only the candidate's name, mobile, and email. ORBIT contacts the candidate directly and gets written consent before any introduction. No consent within 48 hours, the record is purged. Every candidate gets a written compensation disclosure first. See our Privacy Policy.
What does it cost to pre-register?
Nothing. Pre-registering is free and non-binding and doesn't guarantee a seat. See the numbers for membership terms.
